My daughter, who is in Bahrain, had been taking Epilex Chrono 300 mg but since she developed polycystic ovaries, Epilex Chrono was gradually weaned out and the dosage of Levitiracetam (Torleva) was increased. Now she is taking only Torleva 500 mg (2 bds)i.e., total 2000 mg per day. She complains of drowsiness when she gets up from sleep.
