Why it is prescribed (Indications) : It is a synthetic broad spectrum antibiotic derived from tetracycline

When it is to be taken : The medication is taken orally by mouth.start the dose with 100 mgs in the case of capsules and 25mgs/teaspoon in the case of suspension.

How it should be taken : The medication comes in the form of capsules and suspension.

Special Instruction :
The medication can be taken along with the meals.It should not be used along with aluminium,magnesium and calcium based antacids.It should not also be taken along with minerals.

Side Effects :
Diarrhoea,loose stools,abdominal pain,vomitting are the common side effects ofr this drug.

Other Precautions :
use with caution in the case of pregnancy.

Storage Conditions :
Store at 30 degree celsius.Should be shaken prior to use.
